You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order will be eligible for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, free of stains, makeup, deodorant,  have original tags attached, and return in their original packaging. All items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.  Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Please note there is a $7.99 charge that will be deducted from your order refund for shipping (with the exception of defective items).

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
